Spring 2019 Scholarship Submission Deadline

If you would like to submit materials for this term’s scholarship review, please e-mail Olaolu or Nijo your application by 4:30pm on Friday, February 22. Submissions received after 4:30pm on this date may not be accepted. If submitting a screenplay, please submit it as an e–mail attachment in PDF format. Please do not submit any physical documents or applications.

Undergrads should e-mail their applications to Nijo Watanabe - nijo.watanabe@artcenter.edu Grads should e-mail their application to Olaolu Jegede - olaolu.jegede@artcenter.edu

Download scholarship applications at https://inside.artcenter.edu/go/film , towards the bottom where it says “Scholarships.” A full list of the rules can be found here.

With the exception of first term students who are submitting materials from their incoming portfolios, all submissions must have cast agreements on file in the Film Production office, may not include any production violations, and must have been shot in association with an ArtCenter class.

Alexa Mini and Epic-W Training Session

Alexa Mini and Epic-W Training Session: Wednesday, October 10th on Film Stage

Epic-W Training: 2:30-4:00pm
Alexa Mini Training: 4:00-6:00pm

Please RSVP at filmproduction@artcenter.edu.

Because some of you have already taken either the Alexa Mini or Epic-W training, please specify which class you need to take.

Once you have taken the training, you will be able to work as an AC on any ArtCenter production that is using the Alexa Mini or Epic-W.

Please remember that the reservation and use of the Alexa Mini and Epic-W is restricted to approved level-three and level-four productions. Any cinematographer that wants to use the Alexa Mini or Epic-W must have taken the training, Advanced Cinematography, and be eligible for level-three and level-four production.
